Phoenix Woodworks LLC was incorporated in 2010 for three purposes. The first purpose is the production mission and focus of this company. Our focus is creating meaningful and unique wood products for specific interests and desires. This mission engages our craftsmen to put thought and meaning in their designs and crafts with specific occasions in mind. Any company can create beautiful items out of wood, Phoenix Woodworks LLC uses wood to create beauty and meaning.

The second purpose is our service mission. Our mission is inspiring wounded vets to learn to create these beautiful wooden objects and through training, employment and eventual ownership to join our company and rise up like the phoenix. This mission is particular to the heart of CEO, J. Dennis Cadigan, a wounded veteran himself. Dennis knows how hard it can be to find your footing once again after being wounded, he knows how hard it is to navigate the civilian world and to find job training. Phoenix Woodworks LLC is a place he hopes can help vets find hope and value and inspiration in themselves and their lives again. To that end Phoenix Woodworks LLC is a unique employment structure in which each employee becomes part owner after meeting the criteria during a year probationary employment. The third purpose is our community mission. Our vision is to further the American economy by fostering a new business structure of social enterprise built on the original American dream of self employment and local industr.

By keeping our business local and home grown, Phoenix Woodworks LLC hopes to give back to our communities a sense that jobs and trades can still be found here on American soil. With so much outsourcing and overseas manufacturing we find it's important to grow American businesses, employ American Veterans and sell an America made product. Phoenix Woodworks LLC enables disabled veterans to once again come together to help and serve one another, their families, their communities and country by having a new mission.
